As an elite consulting firm we work with manufacturers of industrial products and the dealers that distribute these products. CMC uses several tools in our work of profit improvement: development of financial models (a set of performance benchmarks), workshops and seminars focusing on the achievement of the performance benchmarks either sponsored the manufacturer, a trade assocation, or an independent dealership, membership in a dealer 20 group, business and personal development coaching, or strategic work at the dealership level.
