Each of these seminars and workshops can be presented from one of two perspectives:
The first is a dealer/distributor perspective. Utilizing a dealer/distributor perspective, Currie Management Consultants, Inc. will make the material specific to the dealer/distributor situation.
The second is a manufacturer perspective. This perspective is usually utilized in the dealer/distributor development process and Currie will apply the specific industry/manufacturer issues and benchmarks to the program.
