Distributors and dealers in the same industries and who work with the same suppliers tend to face the same problems and challenges.

So, what better way to help them meet and overcome these challenges than by bringing them together to share ideas and solutions?

Our 20 Groups bring together dealers from the same distribution organizations (that is, one group might include only John Deere dealers or Ingersoll Rand distributors) to be trained together, share problems, collaborate on ideas, and achieve common solutions. Because each group deals with the same "parent" company, the problems each dealer faces are similar.

Participants utilize a financial composite composed of each members' pertinent financial information compared to their industry's financial model. These financial composites are used to assist members in identifying areas needing improvement.
