Cancellations and Refunds
Cancellations received by April 1, 2005 will receive a full refund.
Cancellations between April 1 and April 20 will receive a 50% refund.
No refunds can be provided after April 20, 2005. Substitution of a participant is allowed with notice given to CMC.
Hotel reservations are subject to the hotel's policy.
Meals
Breakfast and Lunch will be provided both days and is included in the registration fee. Dinners are 'on your own.'
