Robert P. Currie – President. Bob began his consulting career in 1973 and has developed an expertise in strategic planning, organization planning, finance, marketing, international management and dealership operations. He has conducted seminars on various subjects including Dealer Operations, Financial Management, Sales Management, Parts and Service Management, International Marketing and others.
Bob also has vast experience working with manufacturers on a variety of projects ranging from strategic planning and market analysis to factory management and management development. In addition, Bob has worked with manufacturers in the development of programs and seminars to improve dealership performance. He has also worked extensively on the dealership level in the implementation of strategies developed for profit improvement.

Michelle B. Currie – Consultant/Coach. Michelle joined Currie Management Consultants in 1985. She has conducted programs and workshops on Strategic Planning, Customer Relations, Financial Modeling, Situational Leadership, and others. She has completed projects for manufacturers regarding benchmark development, market analysis, pricing strategies, team building, management development and others.
Michelle is also involved in the facilitating of Executive Focus Groups. In addition, she prepares and analyzes Financial Composites for manufacturers, focus groups, and dealerships with multiple locations. She also works extensively with dealers/distributors on specific projects from management training to profit improvement strategies.

George Keen – Senior Consultant. George joined Currie Management Consultants in May of 1996. He has worked eight years in the consumer retail industry and in the materials handling industry for the last ten years. He has completed projects involving process and profit improvements, specializing in the aftermarket departments of Parts, Service and Rental.
George has conducted seminars on various subjects including Parts and Service Management, Performance Management and Incentive Compensation. He has designed performance management and incentive programs for our clients. George has also installed, trained and supported dealership computer accounting software. He works with our clients on maximizing their current computer systems or defining enhancements to their existing computer systems.

Matthew Hicks – Matthew began his professional career working for Toyota Motor Credit Corporation & Lexus Financial Services before joining Currie Management in 1999. He began his career as a Research Associate and was recently promoted to Senior Consultant in his 13th year with the company. He is the lead facilitator of 7 Currie Dealer Best Practices Groups, 5 of which are in Material Handling. He is involved with 8 other Groups covering industries such as Construction, Agriculture, Power Systems, Commercial Tires, Industrial Compressors and Transport Refrigeration. Matthew also has completed hundreds of individual dealer and OEM corporate projects focused on areas such as Sales Management, Service Management, Absorption, Business Valuations, Succession Planning and Mergers & Acquisitions.

George Russell – Executive Partner. George is a successful international operational marketing executive who brings this perspective and skill to the clients of Currie Management Consultants. He knows what leaders of industrial companies and their dealers need to analyze, plan and implement in order to be successful in new markets and with new products.
George has broad and long experience as an executive leading strategy, dealer development and sales for both farm and construction equipment. He has lived and worked outside of the US for 8 of the last 10 years and has direct experience with companies in Europe, India and Japan. He understands the requirements for success in a global economy and how to translate that to the needs of each client.
George brings a variety of views to Currie clients because of his positions with large multi-national machinery companies (International Harvester, Case and CNH Global), with his own businesses selling computers and services directly to farmers, and, currently, independently advising machinery companies as a director and strategist.

Robin Currie – Consultant and Director of Marketing. Robin joined Currie Management Consultants in 2007. She holds a Bachelor of Arts from Simmons College in Boston. At Simmons, Robin graduated from the Prince Program of Retail Management, and also studied marketing and foreign language. She is certified to administer Myers-Briggs Type Indicator and works in the Executive Coaching and Leadership Division of Currie Management. Robin is also involved in the facilitation of Best Practices Groups and is in the process of moving the company forward by seeking additional business opportunities for Currie Management Consultants. She is responsible for the company’s advertising and marketing programs, and created and maintains the current Currie website. Robin has four children and currently lives in Worcester, Massachusetts.

Brad Wilson – Associate Consultant. Brad joined Currie Management Consultants in July of 2011. He holds a bachelor of Science degree in Finance, with a minor in Quantitative Analysis from the University of New Haven, in West Haven, CT. Brad’s primary focus in study was corporate level finance, company and stock evaluation, and investment management. Brad also studied Management Information Systems, Data Analysis, Operations Management and Project Management. He is involved in the facilitation of several Best Practice Groups and will be working on mergers and Acquisitions as well as Company Valuations. Brad currently resides in Walpole, Massachusetts.
